I am a mother of two twin girls who can't sit down for 20 seconds; They are always on the move and keep me on the move as well. Fitness is second nature in my household and we are active in everyday activities. I am a wife of a Military/Police officer who works out daily. I seem to balance home and work pretty well, but I never have time to visit the gym, so I made a home gym instead with some of the main equipment you see on this site.
